Beef bones can be used for soup or making beef stock. They are cut in 2 to 3 inch pieces, with 6-8 pieces per package.
Combine beef soup bones with our marrow and knuckle bones to create a well rounded, flavorful broth. You will want to include marrow or knuckle bones in order to achieve a quality texture.
