Farm Owner, and Manager, Roger retired from a career in farm insurance. Roger loves to work hard on the farm and watch things grow whether it is a newborn calf or a lettuce transplant. He is happiest when his hands are in the soil. Roger serves as a Board Member of the Community Foundation of the New River Valley.

Farm Owner, Leslie is retired from a career as a Biology professor at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. On the farm Leslie manages the beef inventory and packs the coolers for the farm markets. She also helps get produce ready for market. As if this is not enough, Leslie breeds and shows Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. She also serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the nonprofit Plenty!

Jason joined the farm crew in the fall of 2019. He earned a degree in horticulture from Virginia tech and has always been an avid gardener, herbalist and cook. He is experimenting with Korean natural farming and plans to offer the public farm classes in the future.
